Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material
Karuna Nidhan maintains absolute zero tolerance for Child Sexual
Abuse Material (CSAM).
We are deeply committed to protecting children and will not allow our
platform to be used for the production, distribution, possession, or
sharing of any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
What is CSAM?
Child Sexual Abuse Material refers to any sexually explicit content
involving a minor. This includes photographs, videos,
computer-generated images, or any visual depiction that sexualizes
children. Every piece of CSAM represents real abuse, exploitation,
and lasting trauma to an actual child victim.
Our Commitment and User Responsibilities:
Immediate Removal: Any confirmed CSAM is removed
within minutes of detection, and the content is never stored on our
servers.
Account Termination: Users who upload, distribute,
or attempt to share CSAM face immediate permanent ban from our
platform.
Law Enforcement Cooperation: We maintain direct
channels with law enforcement agencies and promptly report all CSAM
incidents, preserving evidence as required by law.
NCMEC Reporting: All CSAM findings are reported to
the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and relevant
authorities in accordance with legal obligations.
